The room is also equipped with it’s own access to the outside front porch and hammock swing. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Pac ‘n play in the closet. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors and hair dryers. The laundry room is fully equipped with a Washer and Dryer for your use during your stay. The bedroom in the Guest House has a King size bed, mounted 50" TV and seating area with a couch. There’s a closet for clothing storage and a Pac ‘n play for your small kids. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. Please note that the bathroom does not have a tub, just a shower. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM The Main House kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need for making tasty meals for your whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the large dining room table with seating for 6. There is kid friendly dinnerware and bibs for small children. The Guest House kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need for making tasty meals, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a Keurig and all the basic kitchen essentials (i.e. pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils). Enjoy meals together at the dining room table with seating for 4. There is also kid friendly dinnerware for small children. Salt, pepper and olive oil are provided! OUTSIDE SPACE At the Main House, there's a BBQ in the yard, outdoor dining and a fire pit to enjoy. There is a large outdoor yard perfect for playing games! The Guest House has a deck with a fire pit and 4 adirondack chairs. It's equipped with it's own BBQ and the best view of the sunsets at the end of the day!

Other Details to Note

The house is on a private easement so there is no street parking available. The only parking available is in the driveways. The lower Main House driveway is large and will comfortably fit 4 cars. The upper Guest House driveway will fit 2 cars. The private easement is shared by other neighbors so please keep all the cars in the driveways throughout the duration of your stay. The house is set in a quiet, country setting. It is up a private easement and tucked back from the main road. There are no street lights and it is very dark at night. The lower driveway has an automatic flood light that will turn on when you turn into the driveway. There is also exterior lighting that lights the pathways that stays on until 11pm. We try our best to keep the porch lights on but sometimes this does not happen so please be aware when planning your arrival. The entire property is 3 levels. The guest house is at the top with its own driveway and separated from the main house by 12 feet of retaining walls, planters and trees. Please let us know if you have any questions.
